Well hello there people of the future! I am contacting you from the year 2011 to relate an old post of mine from 2005. I was looking thru some of my old blog posts and came across this nugget of wonderosity (not a real word). First a little backstory..
My old band played a show at a venue for the first time in a year or so and this is the response we got:

We got setup on-stage and all that mess. and let me tell ya this. When we first got to the club and went in, i could tell right from the first glance around the room that the current crowd would either hate us or think "eh.. they are alright". New age punks are no punks at all! Im not sure half of them knew what the word Anarchy means. You know, the punk motto?! Fine, whatever...
It has been almost a year since we last played. And the announcer over the PA said that. Which leads me to the most honest response to my music i have ever had.
Right before the last song.
Announcer: "Maybe they will come back and play in a year..."
Anonymous Moron: "Make it TWO!"
HAHAHAHA! now that is funny! Seriously...
Down to the dirty details -
The morons that didnt like us (which is fine by me, i would prefer if they did not show up to my shows:). Were actually in the next band after us!
This is a list of complaints that i have compiled that the Moron band had against us.
1. "The bass player isnt good, he thinks he is the shit."
2. "The singer isnt good, but he acts like he is."
3. "The drummer sucks, but he pretends to be good."
4. "The guitar player is flashy and he sucks"

I just happened to read that and I found it to be hilarious, i will probably be the only one... I actually remember over-hearing the conversation about the guitar player being flashy. I don't think anyone has ever thought i was a FLASHY guitar player?! Well, except for that guy...
Anyway, I guess i am done regurgitating bloggings, fare well!
